Roz was born in England but grew up in Northland, New Zealand. She spent her childhood roaming farms, bush and the beach fostering a love of the outdoors. Before she was 21, she bungy jumped, sky dived, qualified as an open water diver, learnt to fly a plane and sailed on a 33ft yacht from New Zealand to Australia. After a car accident she was diagnosed with epilepsy. This changed her world. Slowly but surely, she has expanded her comfort zone and is back in the outdoors and loves sharing it with her family and friends. She is excited to be a part of Outdoor Mindset as she loves inspiring people to live amazing and adventurous lives.
